A Yellow Tide Receives the Colombian National Team
A yellow tide received the Colombian national team on Thursday after its elimination from the 2018 World Cup in Russia, where it failed to equal its best performance, reaching the quarterfinals in Brazil 2014, by being eliminated in the round of 16 by England.
Thousands of fans made a guard of honor to welcome the Argentine José Pekerman and his team. On both sides of the road that connects to Bogotá airport, people waved flags and joyfully expressed their gratitude to the team.
