There are only 8 matches left to know the next champion of Russia 2018. And this Friday the quarter-finals of the World Cup begin with an attractive match that will have Uruguay and France as protagonists.
The first day of quarter-finals, apart from the duel between Uruguay and France, will have another interesting match between Brazil and Belgium in the Kazan Arena. The next day, the remaining quarter-finals, England vs. Sweden and Croatia vs. Russia, will determine the teams that will fight to win the World Cup.
FIFA announced today the referees appointed for the quarter-final matches. Néstor Pitana, who refereed the opening match of Russia 2018, was selected for Uruguay vs. France, being the fourth match where he will officiate.
