Colombia faces England in search of its pass to the quarterfinals of the Russia World Cup

Psychometric personality evaluations applied to teachers
From this Tuesday until July 10, teachers from the public teaching profession will take psychometric personality tests nationwide.
This evaluation is conducted by the Ministry of Education as a mechanism of prevention of abuse and violence against students within the public system and is mandatory.
In recent days, the deputy minister of Education, Álvaro Sáenz, explained that the exam will measure the attitudes of teachers beyond giving a grade.
Nationally, the test will be administered to 163,999 teachers through a computerized system and will last 90 minutes. In Guayaquil, Duran, and Samborondon, around 18,000 teachers are called to take the psychometric tests.
Teachers will be able to find information about the call on the website www.educacion.gob.ec.
El Carmen and Santo Domingo celebrate their cantonization
The celebrations of the cantonization of Santo Domingo and El Carmen are taking place this Tuesday with a solemn session, a civic student parade, and a cavalcade.
President Lenín Moreno is invited to participate in these events to celebrate the 51 years of the cantonization of Santo Domingo.
In the Tsáchilas avenue, starting at 09:00, the civic student parade will take place, in which public entities and educational units of the canton will participate. Canton and provincial authorities will be present in the tribune of the artery.
President Moreno's agenda will start at 11:00 at the Tsáchila Institute, where he is scheduled to sign a cooperation agreement between the Bank of Development of Latin America, CAF, and the National Secretariat for Higher Education, Science, and Technology and Innovation (SENESCYT) for the creation of the public university of Santo Domingo. He also plans to have a dialogue with the young people of the canton.
Moreno also plans to attend the solemn session organized by the Municipality, for the 51 years of cantonization. The event will take place in the Club del Campo event hall. In the act, Mayor Victor Quirola Maldonado will award commendations to social organizations that have stood out in the development of the locality.
Meanwhile, in El Carmen, Manabí province, they will celebrate their 51 years of cantonization with a civic parade featuring the participation of institutions and a cavalcade, starting at 09:00, along Chone avenue.
Judge will define actions for Post Office's non-attendance in the Balda case
In a hearing scheduled for today, National Judge Daniella Camacho must define the actions to be taken in response to yesterday's non-appearance, in Ecuador's National Court of Justice (CNJ), by former President Rafael Correa, in the case of the kidnapping of political activist Fernando Balda.
The former president decided yesterday to go to the Ecuadorian consulate in Brussels, and in a written document requested that the diplomatic mission certify his presence. But with this, he failed to comply with Camacho's order, which on June 18th, the day Correa was linked to the process, ordered him to appear every 15 days in the Criminal Chamber of the CNJ.
Felipe Rodríguez, Balda's lawyer, pointed out that the legal consequence would be to change from periodic presentation to preventive detention of Rafael Correa. Correa's behavior reveals that he wants to continue doing whatever he wants, Rodríguez said.
Municipality of Guayaquil will sign three contracts for works
At 11:00 this Tuesday, at the City Hall's City Hall, three contracts will be signed for the remodeling of a market, sports fields, and for the construction of a stadium.
One of the first contracts is for the remodeling of the market located at 28th and Gómez Rendón streets. The investment is $1'055,139.90.
Another one is for the remodeling, in the second phase, of the sports fields of the Kartódromo. The work has a cost of $349,646.38 with a deadline of 120 days.
The third contract is for the construction of a stadium for the Liga Deportiva de Posorja, a rural parish in Guayaquil. The work will be carried out within 150 days, the contractor is NIMRA S.A., and the amount will be $326,985.23.

Activities in Ambato
The Chamber of Commerce of Ambato will hold this Tuesday at 08:00 in the Ambato hotel the business talk "New strategies for financing and effective liquidity management".
