Uruguay defeats Egypt in Group A match

The Uruguay team defeated Egypt on Friday in Group A of Russia 2018. The only goal of the match was scored by José María Giménez in the 89th minute.

The Uruguayan defender became the hero of his team by scoring the winning goal at the end of the match, against a good Egypt team that did not have their star Mohamed Salah, who is recovering from an injury.
