Peruvian national team will debut this Saturday, June 16th, in the World Cup, but the party will start two days before when the Russia 2018 World Cup is officially inaugurated. The opening ceremony will take place at the Luzhnikí Stadium in Moscow on Thursday 14th at 9 am (Peruvian time).

According to the schedule established by the host country, one day before, tenors Plácido Domingo and Juan Diego Flórez will be the invited stars at the grand gala concert that will be held on Wednesday in Moscow's Red Square.

"This concert will be an important event not only for Russians but also for all visitors to the capital, as it brings together the best interpreters of the classical repertoire on the same stage," said the event organizers.

On the main day, Thursday 14th, there will be a series of shows featuring more than 500 dancers, gymnasts, and acrobats. There will also be a fireworks show and the presence of several soccer celebrities.

As expected, the official song of the competition entitled "Live It Up" will be presented at the World Cup inauguration and will be performed by American reggaeton artist Nicky Jam and Albanian singer Era Istrefi. Also in attendance will be American actor Will Smith.

It is worth mentioning that the inauguration ceremony of Russia 2018 will be broadcasted in our country through the open signal on the "Latina" channel. The football party is about to begin.
