In YouTube we have seen everything in football: huge goals, great assists and different types of skills. However, what is currently standing out on said platform is a video in which the non-call-up of Javier Mascherano to the Argentine National Team is requested.
After the defeat suffered by the Albiceleste at the hands of Spain, the former Barcelona player became the target of ridicule. And now, as seen on YouTube, a group of Argentine fans beg Sampaoli not to call him anymore. All to the rhythm of the well-known Italian partisan song 'Bella Ciao'.
"Do not call up Mascherano, no more, no more, no more. Do not call up Mascherano as a midfielder or defender!", say the fans after modifying the lyrics of 'Bella Ciao', a song that became popular and widely known through the Spanish series 'La Casa de Papel'.
The video, which is on its way to getting many views on YouTube, has generated several reproductions and comments on the well-known platform. The majority supports the non-call-up of Mascherano for the 2018 World Cup.
