Juan Guillermo Cuadrado trains with Juventus after injury
Colombian Juan Guillermo Cuadrado returned to training with his Juventus teammates after being sidelined for more than three months due to a pubic injury suffered in late December 2017. Now, the midfielder is focused on raising his level to make it in time for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Stepping on the pitch
Juan Guillermo Cuadrado started the training individually and subsequently did some exercises with the rest of the team under the command of coach Massimiliano Allegri, as reported by Juventus. This undoubtedly pleased all the Colombian national team fans who are eager to see the Mundial Russia 2018.
Juan Guillermo Cuadrado has not played an official match since December 23 due to pubic discomfort that forced him to undergo surgery on January 30 in Munich, Germany, where he was operated on by Dr. Ulrike Muschaweck.
Juventus planned a session divided between gym training and work on the field, as the team prepares for the upcoming league match against Milan scheduled for Saturday, March 31st. That match will be the last before the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals against Real Madrid, which will be played on Tuesday, April 3rd at the Allianz Stadium in Turin.
