Peru is celebrating after qualifying for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. However, Peruvian fans may not have been the only ones happy. On the social network Instagram, images of a group of players from New Zealand were released in moments of distraction.
In the photos, defenders Bill Tuiloma and Deklan Wynne can be seen with very happy gestures alongside some female fans. Both were at the match in the second and decisive game of the World Cup playoffs.

Regarding the game, the New Zealand National Team never found their footing at the National Stadium. They had many problems trying to control the skillful Peruvian players like Jefferson Farfan and Christian Cueva.
The defensive strategy of the Kiwis, which was successful in the first leg, failed after Jefferson Farfan's goal. After the initial setback, the team coached by Anthony Hudson had to take risks.
The Peruvian National Team achieved its goal: qualifying for the World Cup after 36 years. The next objective is to prepare in the best way possible to represent the country well in Russia.
