Convocation of players for Mexico's matches against Trinidad and Tobago and Honduras
Juan Carlos Osorio, coach of the Mexican national team, announced the call-up of players for the matches against Trinidad and Tobago and Honduras, which will be the ones that close the participation of El Tri in the World Cup qualifiers for Russia 2018, where Mexico has already secured its spot.
The list of 25 players includes all the elements currently playing in European clubs, as well as the Dos Santos brothers, Giovani and Jonathan, who play for LA Galaxy in the MLS. The remaining eleven players belong to teams in the Liga MX.
Mexico will face Trinidad and Tobago in San Luis Potosi on October 6 and will close its official matches in 2017 against Honduras on October 10 at the Estadio Olimpico in San Pedro Sula.
