"Giving joy to my family, friends and all of Peru changed my life," said the Peruvian para athlete, who surprised everyone at the closing ceremony of the Lima 2019 Parapan American Games with his new look.
"It was a surprise haircut (laughs). They gave me the M for marvelous," explained Rosbil Guillén, who won the gold medal alongside his guide Rio Ferdinand. They are now preparing for the Para Athletics World Championships, which will take place in November in Dubai.
