Federation Peruvian Football (FPF) will donate 100,000 soles from ticket sales revenue for the match between the Peruvian national team and Uruguay in the Qualifiers, to the victims of floods and landslides in our country.
"Solidarity with Peru, we will donate 100,000 soles from the Peru - Uruguay match revenue to help affected families. Let's all support! #FuerzaPeru," said a post from the FPF.
Meanwhile, different teams and players also joined in supporting our compatriots. Representatives from Universitario de Deportes, Alianza Lima, and different players like Diego Guastavino, Carlos Zambrano, and Renato Tapia spoke out to promote aid for those affected.
