Peruvian U-17 National Team Scores First Goal in the Championship

As in previous matches, Peru started with energy but as the minutes passed, everything began to fade away. That's when the first goal of the match came. In the 22nd minute, Jose Barragan took advantage of a defensive error and scored the 1-0. The team led by Juan Jose Ore looked for the equalizer and two minutes later Leonardo Mifflin, with a header and with the goalkeeper Rommell Ibarra's complicity, equalized the score.

Venezuela didn't take long to react, because in the 31st minute, they took the lead again through Carlos Hurtado. Just when it seemed like the first half would end that way, Gonzalo Sanchez, with a lot of suspense, scored 2-2 for Ore's team.
