The president of Sport Ancash, Pepe Mallqui, requested that his team be awarded the three points, after playing the final of the Second Division against Cantolao. In the match, they lost 2-0 but claimed for the improper registration of two players.
The document in question is already in the hands of the Judicial Commission and will be reviewed by its members tonight. When will the claim be resolved? It is estimated that the final ruling will be issued this Thursday or at the latest next Tuesday.

What does the claim of Sport Ancash say?
The document presented on Monday by Sport Ancash, in which they request the three points from the Judicial Commission of the Second Division, says:
"I request that the 3 points of said match be awarded to us, declaring the Academia Deportiva Cantolao as the loser, as they violated the third paragraph of rt. 21 subsection c) of the Regulations for the Second Division 2016, which states... (…) In addition to the requirements established for national players, they must present the International Transfer Certificate processed through the FPF, proving the validity of their migratory status and their permission to sign contracts in the national territory or their Foreigner Card (...), as the foreign players Jefferson Collazos Viveros (Colombian), Daniel Martín Leandro (Argentinian), participated in said football match without the migratory status that allows them to provide their services in our country."
The president of Sport Ancash, Pepe Mallqui, issued a statement stating that they submitted a well-founded claim and attached the corresponding evidence. "While this is a process that will take a few days, I ask you to have the same faith and confidence that I have, that everything will turn out well, meanwhile it is important to maintain unity and serenity," he said.
What does Cantolao say?
Raúl Meza, manager of Cantolao, said on Monday that they are currently working on obtaining permission for Jefferson Collazos to play in the tournament. "He has a provisional entry visa, called a tourist visa, but his documents are already being processed for his work visa," he said on Radio Ovación.
Finally, the Judicial Commission of the Second Division, chaired by Carlos Castillo, will resolve the issue in the coming days.
