FBC Melgar and the display of unity from the team in the final of the Descentralizado.

FBC Melgar and Sporting Cristal are facing each other for the first leg match of the 2016 Descentralizado final playoffs. The UNSA Monumental Stadium was chosen for the match and the team led by Juan Reynoso decided to enter the field with a message of unity. While Cristal entered with their starting lineup, the 'rojinegros' entered with the entire squad, holding hands.

The starting players, substitutes, and reserve team of the Arequipa club took the field wearing the official uniform, forming a circle in the center of the field to receive the ceremonial greeting from Sporting Cristal. At the same time, they were applauded by the spectators in the 'White City'.

A total of 32 FBC Melgar players entered the field. Juan Reynoso watched the act from the technical zone. The former Universitario coach has always been known for keeping groups united and focused.

The line-ups for the match are:

FBC Melgar: Álvarez; Leudo, Santamaría, Quina, Loyola; Barrientos, Torres, Arias, Arce; Fernández, Cuesta.

Sporting Cristal: Penny; Revoredo, Cazulo, Abram, Céspedes; Aquino, Ballón, Calcaterra, Lobatón, Ramúa; Ifrán.
