The Colombian forward for Alianza Lima, Lionard Pajoy, scored a go-oo-aa-l in the match against Comerciantes Unidos for matchday 13 of the Liguilla B. It all started with a pass from Willyam Mimbela after 8 minutes.
The midfielder received the ball from his teammate and returned it with one touch. The quick pass left Pajoy in front of the goal. But he struggled to control the ball and had to readjust. This gave an advantage to his marker who tried to take it away. Rushed by the defender, the Colombian made a quick movement with his right foot, left the defender on the ground, and once again with his right, he placed it in the far post. The effort of goalkeeper Exar Rosales was not enough.
Alianza Lima won 4-0 against Comerciantes Unidos in Matute and is one victory away from securing a spot in the 2017 Copa Sudamericana. The blanquiazul team will play the final match of the tournament on Sunday the 27th, away against Sport Huancayo.
