UDLAP Aztecs dominate Pumas CU
The UDLAP Aztecs dominated the Pumas CU team from the beginning of the game and defeated them 28-0. The university team only reached beyond the 20-yard line once, and they only generated two dangerous plays; field goal attempts without points.
First Quarter
From the first quarter, Pumas CU left space for the UDLAP Aztecs to enter their territory. The first score by UDLAP came in the first quarter: Humberto Noriega opened the scoring with a 16-yard run.
Second Quarter
Throughout the second quarter, the Aztecs generated danger in Pumas' area. The second score came at the 12th minute. Lalo Retana gradually marked Aztecs' victory.
Third Quarter
After the break, Pumas generated their first dangerous play, staying 20 yards away from Aztecs' end zone. However, they failed to score on four opportunities and opted for a field goal, which was not successful.
Quarterback Change
After the poor performance of quarterback Chávez and the lack of dangerous opportunities, the Pumas team changed their quarterback. Rafael Arenas entered the field to try to rescue his team, but he was not successful. Pumas did not cause any nerves in the match.
Fourth Quarter
The third touchdown for the visiting team came in the third quarter from Sebastián Olvera. The extra point kicked by the Aztecs left them with 21 points in favor, compared to University's zero.
Aztecs added another touchdown in the last quarter by José Humberto Noriega. The receiver dribbled the Pumas defense and found space between the defenders.

The match ended with the downcast faces of the home team and the smile from ear to ear of the visitor. Pumas CU had not finished a match with zero points for the past five years.
