The Sporting Cristal midfielder said every player likes to face those opponents.
The playoffs will not face Sporting Cristal against Alianza Lima and Universitario de Deportes, and Alfredo Ramúa was the first celeste player to lament it. The midfielder would have liked to have the crema or blanquiazul as rivals.
"It's a shame not to face Alianza Lima and Universitario de Deportes because you always want to have those games and also play them in Lima. But unfortunately it happened on the other side. Now we have to focus on ourselves to arrive well to the final part," he said after training in La Florida.
"The rivals of Sporting Cristal are complicated, both zones are going to be difficult. The teams at the bottom are also going to play everything, none of them wants to be relegated and they also aspire to the positions for the Sudamericana and the finals. So the playoffs are going to be exciting on both sides," added Ramúa.
The celeste midfielder recognized the most vulnerable side of Sporting Cristal in the tournament so far. "We have to start winning at home, it's costing us here, but we have to work on that. Get fully into the playoffs and try to keep adding points to be up there," he said.
Alfredo Ramúa also said that Sporting Cristal is struggling to finish plays and be more effective in order to earn more points at home.
