How to register to access Techo Propio?

- Go to the authorized offices or centers of Techo Propio located nationwide.
- Show your ID and that of your spouse or a family member.
- Remember to have the data of your relatives at hand: name, ID, and date of birth.
- In case of a cohabiting couple, both must fill out the form. But if the couple is married, only one should do it.

What are the requirements to access Techo Propio?
As mentioned above, families who wish to be included in the Techo Propio delivery list must meet certain requirements, which are:
- Have a monthly income not exceeding 3,715 soles.
- Do not own properties or land in your name.
- Your family members should not have received a housing subsidy in previous years.
- Be a Peruvian citizen.
- Have a minimum savings equivalent to 0.3% of the value of the home you are going to purchase.
- Be part of a family group, where there is a head of the family.
