On September 8th, the 22nd Specialized Permanent Labor Court issued a ruling declaring inadmissible the lawsuit filed by Guillermo Salas against the club Alianza Lima for the misrepresentation of service lease contracts. The reason? The copy of the ID provided by 'Chicho' for the court record was illegible, so he was given a deadline of five business days to fix that error. This situation has already been corrected, and thus, the complaint made by the former coach has been admitted.
Depor had access to the ruling declaring the admission of “the lawsuit in the Ordinary Labor Process filed by Guillermo Sandro Salas Suárez against Alianza Lima, regarding the misrepresentation of the contract and others; consider the evidentiary means contained in the complaint document as offered”.
Similarly, in the document they mention that the "conciliation hearing must be scheduled for January 12, 2024, at 3:00 p.m.”. This way, the judicial process filed by the national coach will continue; however, the mentioned hearing will serve in case both parties wish to reach an agreement, otherwise, the trial will continue. But what does 'Chicho' request in his complaint?
Salas accuses the Victorial institution of arbitrary dismissal, without considering the corresponding labor compensations, for the time he worked at the club. According to the complaint document, 'Chicho' requests the payment of seven installments: first, for CTS, an amount that amounts to $232,555, as well as vacation pay of $160,000, among other payments, totaling $1,471,488.35.
It is worth remembering that Guillermo Salas stopped being the blanquiazul DT almost a month ago, after the team obtained irregular results and did not demonstrate good play on the fields. Despite winning the 2023 Apertura Tournament, the board did not cut his process and hired Uruguayan strategist Mauricio Larriera instead.
During his time as coach of Alianza Lima, 'Chicho' directed a total of 39 matches with the team. Let's remember that he was officially announced in September 2022 (he achieved the bicampeonato).
