In 2019, Arón Torres continued seeking consolidation in Peruvian football, after defending the colors of Sport Boys for two seasons (one in Liga 2 and another in Liga 1). However, his intentions took a sudden turn after being diagnosed with chronic renal failure. After several years of struggle, the former footballer passed away this morning, mourning Peruvian football with his unfortunate death, which was announced by his beloved pink team.
"We regret the sensitive death of our former player Arón Torres, who was part of "El Primer Campeón" in the promotion of 2017 and the 2018 season. We send our sincere condolences to his entire family," the port combined accompanied the news with this message.
Aron Torres' trajectory in Peruvian football
Aron Torres was 26 years old, but that was not an impediment for him to stand out -from the Copa Federación- in the teams he defended, being Esther Grande de Bentín the first who witnessed his talent, who is remembered by the fans of Sport Boys after achieving promotion in 2017.
The former player also defended the colors of Universitario de Deportes (in the Promotion and Reserves Tournament), which allowed him to catch the eye of Cienciano. In the imperial team, he joined the main squad and was later transferred to the Chalaco team.
After his time at Sport Boys, Aron Torres arrived at Municipal, where -sadly- he was diagnosed with chronic renal failure that kept him fighting for his life for many years. Despite this, he never gave up and continued chasing his dreams, reaching Sport Chavelines and Unión Comercio.
