Alianza Lima misses out on tricampeonato

Despite that, the Blanquiazul club's social media didn't take long to give words of encouragement to their players. Accompanied by a picture of all the members of the squad, they wrote the following: "Thank you, girls! We finished the league giving our all in every match. Annie del Carpio, former Alianza player, celebrates the title with 'U'
Annie del Carpio, goalkeeper for Universitario who was even a two-time champion with Alianza Lima, was very enthusiastic after defeating the classic rival. She made this known through an emotional message on her social media, where she also expressed gratitude to the fans who were able to break the historical attendance record.
"Hello, guys. I want to thank all the crema fans for tonight. It was a dream, we achieved the long-awaited title, and let everyone be clear about that," Annie said.
