Yharif Astrid Figueroa Hidalgo, former partner of Alianza Lima goalkeeper Ángelo Campos, who accused her of physical and psychological abuse, revealed in a statement that the father of their child rented an Airbnb to meet another woman.

According to her, the blanquiazul goalkeeper intends to undermine her accusation by spreading two videos, one of which shows him attacking another woman in an apartment. She also pointed out that one of those videos is from July 12, the date on which she discovered her ex-partner in an Airbnb rented with another woman late at night.

"The first one was a recording from my phone that was sent to a person I fully trust, and the second one was made by my ex-partner, which does not reflect everything that happened, and where he makes false statements, trying to harm me," the statement reads.

She also stated that, during their 10-year relationship, she and their child accompanied Ángelo Campos to the provinces where he played as a footballer, fulfilling her role as a mother and responsible for household chores. "Naturally, I have depended on him financially," she indicated.

WILL PRESENT MORE EVIDENCE

Along the same lines, Figueroa Hidalgo stated that she will present more evidence to support her accusations of physical and emotional abuse, following Ángelo's release by court order. "Although I couldn't go to the police station on Saturday, August 26 to present the evidence, it was because I was with my minor child," she said.
