"Although Campos was arrested in flagrante delicto, we have the precedent of Silvana Buscaglia, who slapped a police officer and they opened an immediate process," he said on RPP's program 'La Rotativa del Aire Noche'.

"They condemned her because she accepted the early termination of six years and eight months. A quite high penalty," added the lawyer.
According to Amoretti Pachas, this type of immediate process is used to expedite a legal case, but in the case of an assault complaint like Ángelo Campos', it is necessary to prove it with the legal medical certificate to verify if it is a minor or serious issue.
"The prosecutor requests an immediate process and accuses a penalty and civil reparations, so the judge can issue a sentence. What should the goalkeeper's defense do? Oppose this measure," explained the lawyer.

The Judiciary has scheduled the start hearing for the immediate process against Ángelo Campos, goalkeeper of Alianza Lima, who is being investigated for the alleged physical and psychological assault on the mother of his child.

Ángelo Campos, starting goalkeeper for Alianza Lima, was arrested by the National Police (PNP) on August 25 after being accused of assaulting the mother of his child inside his apartment in Surco.
