Poder Judicial confirms hearing for Ángelo Campos
In the last hours of Monday, August 28, the Judicial Power confirmed that Alianza Lima goalkeeper Ángelo Campos must attend the headquarters of the public entity for the hearing to initiate immediate proceedings as he is under investigation for alleged assault against his partner and mother of his child.

This incident occurred after the pronouncement of the Public Ministry to take measures against the blanquiazul goalkeeper. In response to the request from the Fifth Provincial Specialized Prosecutor's Office, the Judicial Power wasted no time in responding to the request received for the knowledge of the public opinion.
"The Fifth Provincial Specialized Prosecutor's Office on Violence against Women (First Office) requested to initiate immediate proceedings against Ángelo Campos Turriate, under investigation for the alleged crime of aggression against women, to the detriment of Y.A.F.H.", reported the Public Ministry.

Early in the day, the Judicial Power reported that the hearing against Ángelo Campos will take place today, Monday, August 28, starting at 5:30 p.m..
"The Judicial Power is conducting today, at 5:30 p.m., the hearing to initiate immediate proceedings against Ángelo Campos, goalkeeper of Alianza Lima, under investigation for the alleged assault on the mother of his child", reported the Judicial Power.
Lawyer and mother of Ángelo Campos speaks out
"He has not been detained at his home, they have not gone for him to give his statement. He came, he spoke, and as you have seen, you know that the result has shown minor injuries. Everything has to be determined by the investigation", said Tania Turriate, mother and lawyer of Ángelo Campos.
Alianza Lima on the Ángelo Campos case
"Once the relevant conclusions are established, the club will make the decision that corresponds, always safeguarding the codes of conduct and the internal regulations that its professionals must follow. At the moment, we inform you that the player will not participate in our next match this Saturday, the 26th, against Alianza Atlético", reads the statement from Alianza Lima.
