Following the scandal involving Ángelo Campos and the accusation of physical and psychological abuse against his partner, Alianza Lima has released a statement confirming immediate investigations. The club has taken a stance on the matter.

According to the notification from the institution, Ángelo Campos has been completely ruled out from the match against Alianza Atlético.
"The institution has become aware of the publicly disclosed events involving professional football player Ángelo Campos," reads the statement from Alianza Lima after the embarrassing incident involving their starting goalkeeper.

"We have initiated the corresponding procedures and investigations and are in contact with the player, his legal defense, and all parties involved in order to gather information about the case he is involved in.
Once the relevant conclusions are reached, the club will make the appropriate decision in safeguarding the codes of conduct and internal regulations that its professionals must follow. For the time being, we inform that the player will not participate in our next match on Saturday the 26th against Alianza Atlético," the statement reads.
