Alliance Lima will fight the rest of the Clausura Tournament with a stronger team, which has the fans very excited, aiming for the title of the Liga 1 Betsson. In Cusco, now with Mauricio Larriera as the new coach, the team found the draw in the last breath.
With the strength that comes from playing better and fills each player with confidence, the blanquiazul team returned from the imperial city and trained thinking about the next match against the always tough Sport Huancayo, to be played on Wednesday 16th (8:30 pm via Liga 1 MAX) for the 9th round of Clausura.

The fixture is tough, there are still several trips to high-altitude cities, but Larriera and his warriors accept the challenge: they only aspire to win the tournament and, consequently, the national tricampeonato. "Our fixture is very complicated, but we will take it game by game and in the end we will see if we have what it takes to be above everyone else," said the coach.
"We knew what it meant to play at high altitude and against a good opponent. Although we needed the victory, now we just have to win everything that comes," pointed out the Uruguayan. Larriera met with the team on Monday before training and then did the same with Pablo Sabbag. Will he be a starter? Tuesday's practice will define the '11' against 'Rojo Matador'.
It is important to note that training will take place at Matute starting at 4:30 pm and that, once finished, the coaching staff will provide the list of players who will be called up for the match against Sport Huancayo.
Concha wants to renew
Jairo Concha is the player everyone is talking about at Alliance Lima. Not only because of his footballing growth, preceded by goals, but also because with a few months left until the end of Liga 1, he has not extended his contract with the blanquiazul team until the end of this year.
Depor learned that the parties involved had a dialogue, but to date there is no agreement. The reason is that the club is not meeting the figure that the '10' asks for to renew. For now, Concha must continue to rise to fight for the desired tricampeonato with Alliance.
"There are still many matches to play, in fact, we no longer depend on ourselves, but we just have to win all the remaining matches and hope for some results," said the 24-year-old player, who has scored 12 goals since joining the blanquiazul institution in 2021.
