Sport Boys' defender also referred to the generational change that is so demanded in the Peruvian national team.

"He has prioritized his comfort to continue in Arabia. Every time he has been criticized for his decisions, he doesn't pay attention and comes out on top. I believe André is happy in Arabia. (...) The Saudi League has grown a lot. There are players of great level," said the defender of Sport Boys, who had a stint at Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia, in an interview with RPP Noticias.

On the other hand, the 'Shadow' pointed out that there is indeed a generational change in the national team. "There are players aged 25 and under. Looking at all the lines, it does exist, except for the forwards who have not adapted," he explained.

"I would like Yotún, Renato, Oreja, and Paolo to continue as starters, but that depends on the coach of the national team. I always think about the national team, but I am aware that it is something distant. There are players of great level," he added.

Finally, Ramos commented on the great moment that Luis Advíncula is experiencing at Boca Juniors, the club with which he scored a goal and provided an assist in the qualification for the quarter-finals of the Copa Libertadores. "Luis Advíncula's moment is very good. It makes me happy for him and his family. The position where he is playing suits the national team coach," he said.
