Which banks will be open on July 28th and 29th for Independence Day?

During these Patriotic Holidays, millions of Peruvians will enjoy a long weekend; however, others must perform operations at financial institutions and, in this note, you will know which ones will serve and what hours.

If you have to make any kind of banking movement or transaction without any inconvenience, consider the following lines, as well as the banking entities to which you are affiliated.

According to the institution itself, it was announced that on July 27 it will maintain its work activity with total normality during the corresponding hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (with variations in Shopping Centers). However, on the 28th and 29th, they will not provide service in any of their locations.

Service will resume on Monday, July 31, during regular hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

For its part, Scotiabank will operate during its normal hours on July 27, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Like the previous institution, it will not provide its service in its different branches on July 28th and 29th, returning on Monday, the 31st.

Meanwhile, BBVA Banco Continental will do the same and will not work on July 28th and 29th, but will return to its regular schedule on Monday, July 31st, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Although initially it was believed that on July 27 they would not work because it is a state institution, Banco de la Nación will comply with its normal schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. In that sense, like the others, their branches will be closed on the 28th and 29th.

It should be noted that all banking entities have ensured that on July 31 they will serve without any problem. They also emphasized that their users will be able to continue carrying out their procedures through the apps and websites of the financial institutions.
