Through his official Instagram account, the former Alianza Lima football player commented on the legal process that has been pending for almost 4 years without a first instance verdict and accused the host of Magaly TV La Firme of exerting "media pressure" on the judge.
"I categorically deny each of the biased comments made by Ms. Medina and her lawyer, which can be verified with a simple review of the case file and can confirm that there is no vulnerability to her right to defense, but rather carelessness in this regard," he said.
The 'Foquita' responded to Magaly Medina with an extensive statement. "Regarding the media pressure that Magaly Medina has been exerting on the court, once again she demonstrates the inappropriate way she handles this space, maliciously exposing the judge to public scrutiny, which has no greater reference than the words of Ms. Magaly Medina," he added.
We must mention that on Tuesday, May 30, a verdict would be issued regarding Jefferson Farfán's lawsuit against Magaly Medina. Remember that the journalist has already been sued for defamation by Paolo Guerrero and ended up in jail.
