The National Authority of Civil Service (Servir) announced that 60,000 scholarships will be offered to Peruvian citizens - especially civil servants, students, and professionals - in order to access courses related to public management and administration.
The initiative comes from the National School of Public Administration (ENAP) through its e-learning MOOC format. The director of the mentioned school, Rosario Cerdán Urtecho, stated that three MOOC courses and one MOOC program have been launched. The details in the following paragraphs!
Which courses are being offered?
The MOOC courses (Massive Open Online Courses) currently being offered by ENAP are:
- Management of complaints in public administration entities (24 academic hours)
- Tools for talent management: Performance management and Training management (16 academic hours)
- Public management for the inclusion of people with disabilities from a rights perspective (40 academic hours)
In addition, the MOOC program "The route from transition to the Civil Service regime" includes five additional courses and a certificate is awarded for 80 academic hours.
Until when do I have the possibility to participate in these MOOC courses?
According to the director of the National School of Public Administration, interested individuals will have until September 17, 2023 to access these courses that are available 24 hours a day.
