Both fans and the team celebrated this historic victory in their own way. Obviously, the players were the first to do so on the grounds of Estadio Defensores del Chaco and continued in the dressing rooms.
It is here where the different videos that are on social media were recorded, and one has generated various reactions for what happened with Christian Cueva.
What happened with Christian Cueva?
While the players jumped for joy singing one of the well-known 'blanquiazul' chants, 'Aladino' slipped after stepping incorrectly, causing laughter from his teammates, but the midfielder didn't lose his humor and got out of that embarrassing moment by doing push-ups to go unnoticed, always with a smile on his face.
'Aladino' didn't see any playing time
The skillful 'íntimo' midfielder was part of the delegation that traveled to Asunción to be considered against 'Gumarelo', but he stayed on the bench by Guillermo Salas' decision.
He was just another fan
Cueva was one of the happiest ones for the feat achieved by Alianza Lima and posted an emotional story on his Instagram account. "What happiness I feel after so much time, as a player, as a fan, thank you to this blanquiazul family. Up Alianza", was the text that accompanied the group photo.
