Diego Gonzales Posada, president of the Fondo Blanquiazul and who manages Alianza Lima, stated that he has not received a valid proposal for the purchase of the credits within said group of investors, after the statements of national entrepreneur Carlos Hiraoka.
In a letter, the maximum leader of the main creditor of Alianza Lima denied Carlos Hiraoka's announcement regarding the purchase of the institution's credits.
"The purpose of this letter is to thank you for sending the aforementioned letter - issued by the manager of the Fund - which states that everything that has been affirmed on social media and in newspapers is absolutely false," he said.
"Indeed, to date I have not received any valid proposal, that is, subject to the rules and regulations of the Fund, that would allow us to affirm the existence of any participant interested in selling their share or any interested party in acquiring it," he added.
"Your general manager [of Inversiones Coril], Mr. Jimmy Eduardo Astocondor Pastor, the signatory of the document, informs me that to date (April 18), the participants with whom the Fondo Blanquiazul started its activity, including myself, remain the same," the document also reads.
In summary, Gonsales Posada argues that there have been no changes in the Fondo Blanquiazul.
Salomón Lerner on the Fondo Blanquiazul
The controversy and letter sent by Diego Gonzales Posada to the investment group that manages the Fondo Blanquiazul arises after the statements given by Salomon Lerner to Diario Depor, where he affirms the sale of his credits along with those of Fernando Farah and Antonio Armejo to a group of businessmen led by Yrzio Pinasco, which also includes Carlos Hiraoka, general manager of G. W. Yichang & CIA.
