As the hours go by, more details are known about the sale of shares within the Fondo Blanquiazul carried out by intimate partners Salomón Lerner, Fernando Farah, and Antonio Armejo. However, Diego Gonzales Posada, the other member of this group, does not recognize this operation.

As Líbero has reported, intimate entrepreneurs Lerner, Farah, and Armejo, as well as Kapital Markets, offered their stakes in the Fondo Blanquiazul for an amount close to 4 million dollars.

The sold quotas add up to a total of 53.35 percent, which represents a majority compared to the 46.65 percent owned by Diego Gonzales Posada, who with this purchase-sale operation loses his dominant position.

This means that the buying entrepreneurs will have the largest percentage within the Fondo Blanquiazul, thus placing Gonzales Posada at a disadvantage, who until now has been the spokesperson and visible face of the group that decides Alianza Lima's fate.

And although Gonzales Posada is firmly committed to remaining in charge, in a struggle that could deepen the crisis already being experienced within this society, the names of those who will replace Lerner, Farah, and Armejo are being revealed.

While businessman Carlos Hiraoka officially announced the purchase of shares on his social media, Líbero was able to confirm that the distinguished businessman Irzio Pinasco Menchelli is leading the new members of the Fondo Blanquiazul.

Pinasco is a Peruvian executive with over 30 years of experience leading successful companies in various sectors of the Peruvian and international economy, highlighting his role as CEO of Acurio Restaurantes.

His link to football dates back to 2004 when he headed the Organizing Committee of the Copa America, which was successfully held in our country. He is also a confessed fan of Alianza Lima.

"The representative of this group is Mr. Irzio Pinasco. Along with him is also Carlos Hiraoka. They belong to a generation of young people who have been trained through their business management and demonstrate that they are prepared," said Salomón Lerner, who is no longer part of the Fondo Blanquiazul.
