Universitario de Deportes had no easy task in the match against ADT, at the Monumental stadium, for matchday 9 of the Liga 1. The 'cremas' had unbeatable goal opportunities, but it seemed like the ball was against the net. It wasn't until the 33rd minute, when Luis Urruti scored a great goal to the joy of the stadium; however, Janio Pósito (36') immediately equalized the score. In the second half, Emanuel Herrera (65') and once again Urruti (67') were responsible for giving the final 3-1 to the 'merengues'.
