Alfredo Ramúa: "Alianza Lima has the best team in the tournament, they have prepared for something more."

Last weekend, Alianza Lima defeated Cusco FC 2-0 at the Alejandro Villanueva stadium for another match of the Liga 1. The goals were scored by Santiago García and Andrés Andrade and ended the good streak of the Cusco team.

Alfredo Ramúa, one of the most experienced players on the team, did not play. However, in an interview with the program 'Todas Las Voces del Fútbol,' he gave his point of view about the match played at Matute.

"Alianza Lima has the best squad in the tournament and a lot of experience, they were prepared for something more. We had a difficult venue like Matute, it was complicated and we couldn't bring anything home," said Alfredo.

"In Cusco, we have a squad with very good players; we are only 5 rounds into the tournament. We aim for the title and to be at the top, but that will only be given to us by the results," he added.

"The Cusco crowd is demanding, the important thing is always to win. 'Felucho' was heated, I talked to him, but these things happen. Here, we always seek to play good matches," he concluded.
