The aforementioned list will not be final. On Saturday, March 18th, at the end of the microcycle that starts on Tuesday the 14th, Juan Reynoso will announce the final list of travelers that will be completed with Peruvian players who play abroad. Meanwhile, on Sunday the 19th, those called up from Liga 1 and the coaching staff will depart for Spain.

The Peruvian national team will play two matches: the first against Germany on Saturday, March 25th in Mainz at 2:45 PM (Peruvian time). The second match, which will take place at the Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid, will be against the semifinalist of Qatar 2022, Morocco. The match will be on Tuesday the 28th at 4:30 PM.

It is worth mentioning that during the press conference, Juan Reynoso also talked about the current situation of Peruvian football and confessed that he had another plan for the practice matches, but it has been modified due to the delayed start of the local championship. His plan was to start training with a larger list of players.

"It was stipulated that the tournament would start on January 15th. Due to the social situation or the postponement of matches, the times were shortened. Our intention, if the times were respected, was to call up 27 or 28 players, as it was being done. Today it was not possible and, being empathetic with the clubs, we have tried to make a mix of call-ups with two, three or four players from each club," he explained.
