And in one of the latest editions of the program 'El Show Deportivo' on Best Cable Sports, they decided to discuss the victory by a thrashing and the qualification to the next phase of the Libertadores of the team led by Tiago Nunes.
During the debate, things heated up between Sandro Centurión and Elejalder Godos, both panelists of the program who had given their respective prediction of the match days before.
For the experienced Godos, Cristal had what it takes to turn around the result of the first leg and would end up securing their qualification in Lima. On the other hand, Centurión had said that the Rimenses would lose the tie. Thus, both points of view came to light and the debate heated up.
Elejalder now asked his colleague to argue in favor of Sporting Cristal's triumph, however, Centurión responded categorically in the midst of the heated discussion.
"Mr. Godos, what am I going to argue about yesterday if Cristal won yesterday. Don't be stubborn, Mr. Godos, with all due respect", exclaimed Sandro Centurión on the live show, in which Luis Trisano intervened to cool things down.
