For the current year 2023, the Ministry of Economy and Finance approved the salary increase aimed at all public sector workers. Starting from January 1st, this benefit is already being delivered. Prior to that, we also want to inform you that this salary increase that will benefit employees, directors, and officials was announced through Supreme Decree 311-2022 published in the Official Gazette.

How much is the salary increase for 2023?
The salary increase will vary depending on the labor regime to which you are subject with your employer, this could range from S/51.11 to S/66.19. For this, we will provide you with a table so you can know the extra amount you will receive in 2023.
