The School Bonus of the Peruvian State still supports workers and public servants this new school year 2023: Do you know if you will be able to receive the 400 soles of economic aid? We leave you the most important details now.
Who receives the School Bonus
We must mention that this economic subsidy that will be delivered in the coming months is aimed at workers in the public sector and some in the private sector, but they must meet the following requirements:
- Civil servants appointed and contracted under Legislative Decree 276, Law 29944 and Law 30512.
- University teachers under Law 30220.
- Health personnel contemplated in Legislative Decree 1153.
- Permanent and temporary workers in the public sector.
- Personnel of the Armed Forces and the National Police of Peru (PNP).
- Pensioners committed to the regimes of Law 15117, Decree Laws 19846 and 20530, Supreme Decree 051-88-PCM, and Law 2891.
Other requirements to obtain this subsidy are:
- Being employed as of the current date of this regulation.
- Having a minimum seniority of three months in the service at the time of the regulation.
Who does not receive the School Bonus
People hired under the special regime of Administrative Service Contracting, regulated by Legislative Decree No. 1057, or who provide services under the modality of Service Location, will not receive the School Bonus.
When will I receive the School Bonus?
According to the official information on the Government's portals, people will receive the 400 soles subsidy in January or June of the current year. There is no official LINK to register and receive this bonus.
