Alianza Lima accused the Peruvian Football Federation of endangering the club's economic recovery and pointed out that the proposal from 1190 Sports lacks solidity.

After suffering a walkover defeat against Sporting Cristal in their first game of the Liga 1, Alianza Lima issued a statement stating that the Peruvian Football Federation puts the institution's economic recovery at risk, and that the proposal from 1190 Sports lacks solidity. They also asked the FPF to lift the precautionary measure on their television rights.

In this statement, the club intimo acknowledges that the television rights belong to FIFA, and therefore to the FPF; but that their contract with the Peruvian Football Consortium has a Preferential Renewal clause that, if not fulfilled, would generate a debt of 70 million dollars.

They added that the Consortium has formed an alliance with the multinational company Disney (Star Plus), which has allowed them to offer the most beneficial contract in the history of Alianza Lima, for a period of 12 years.

But not only that, the statement also states that the contract proposed by the FPF is for only one year with 1190 Sports, which only offers a letter from the company 777 Partners, the owner of 40% of the business, as a guarantee. They also believe that the TV rights will be commercialized or resold by 1190 Sports.

In other points, it is also mentioned that the FPF has not provided legal support in the event of a contract breach with CFP and a lawsuit by the multinational company.
