"Fatso, you're getting married!" shouted Rodrigo Cuba when Jesus Barco was being interviewed.
Jesus Barco, midfielder of Sport Boys, surprised with his reaction to a joke made by his teammate Rodrigo Cuba regarding a possible marriage with Melissa Klug.
"Fatso, you're getting married!", shouted the 'Gato' when the former Universitario de Deportes and Carlos A. Mannucci player was being interviewed by Ramiro Rodríguez for GolPerú.
"No, that's a lie. The 'Gato' just starts yelling nonsense", Barco immediately reacted.
"He's definitely saying that you're getting married," the journalist said seconds later. "He may organize my marriage. Maybe, I don't know, even I don't know and he affirms it," the 25-year-old player responded.
After the viralization of Jesus Barco's reaction, Melissa Klug shared a video on her social media that would be a response to what the player said.
"All I know is that she fought hard this year, learned new things, embarked on projects, and although everything wasn't rosy, she knew how to contrast as always. She cried, but she overcame; she fell, but she got up," says the beginning of the shared message.
"After all, her dreams are as big as she is, and she is enormous. She's not the one who posts: '2023 will be mine,' she has it in her pocket. 2023 carries her last name and you will see it, you will witness what a woman is capable of when she is determined," it concludes.
