Judicial Power

The Judicial Power, through the Twenty-Fifth Penitentiary Court of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, sentenced Susana Cuba, former administrator of Club Alianza Lima between 2012 and 2015, to 1 year and 8 months in prison.

Susana Cuba, the former head of the blanquiazul team, lost the defamation lawsuit filed by Christian Bustos, who succeeded her in the position of club administrator. It is worth noting that originally, the sentence was for pretrial detention.

The Judge of the Twenty-Fifth Penitentiary Court of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima resolved: "Granting the request for revocation of the suspension of the sentence requested by the plaintiff, Christian Bustos Saca".

Location and arrest

In this way, the Judicial Power ordered the immediate location and arrest of Cuba Pinto "in order to be made available to this Jurisdictional Body for the corresponding legal purposes".
