A great responsibility. The presentation of Alianza Lima's squad in the White and Sky Blue Afternoon left some surprises. Beyond the official announcement of Carlos Zambrano, another episode that caught the attention was seeing Jairo Concha wearing the number '10'. As it is known, the young midfielder took the number after Jefferson Farfan retired from professional football. He even dared to give details about what he talked about with the 'Foquita'.
"He left it for me (...). We talked about it last year, he already knew a little about his retirement and if it happened, he was going to leave it for me. I thanked him because it was a nice gesture, especially considering the quality of player he is. It is an honor to wear the '10' and I will do it with responsibility," he said to Radio Ovación.
On the other hand, regarding the performance of his teammates in the 2-1 victory against Junior de Barranquilla, the 23-year-old player took the result calmly and considered that the main objective focuses on the Copa Libertadores.

"I appreciate the team's performance, especially in the first half. We showed what we want this year. We were solid in all our lines. Junior was a good opponent to measure ourselves. We aim to make a good impression in the Libertadores and I hope we achieve it," he pointed out.
