Alexia Sotomayor, at only 15 years old, broke the record she set in 2021 in the 50-meter backstroke, with a time of 28 seconds and 06 hundredths. The athlete is one of the most outstanding swimmers in the country and already holds more than 100 national and absolute records in her career.

Mckenna de Bever, Peruvian-American, broke a new national record in 100-meter individual medley with a time of 1 minute and 48 hundredths. She also achieved other accomplishments in the 4x100m freestyle team, where the previous record was 03:57.77 from the 2010 Dubai World Championships. As well as in the 4x50m mixed freestyle, establishing a time of 01:35.41, in the 4x50m medley relay and in the 4x100m medley relay, both in the women's team.

Javier Nicolás, at 20 years old, broke a record that had not been achieved since 2012, set by former swimmer Mauricio Fiol, who is currently banned for eight years until 2027 by the International Swimming Federation. Nicolás achieved a time of 51 seconds and 77 hundredths in the 100-meter butterfly, also breaking Miguel Zavaleta's record set in 2019 with a time of 53 seconds and 75 hundredths.

Joaquín Vargas, Olympic athlete from Piura, was part of the mixed team that achieved two national records in the 4x50m mixed freestyle, where they set a mark of 01:35.41, the previous time was 01:39.05.

Rafaela Fernandini, who made her debut at the Bolivarian Games in Valledupar and ended with two bronze medals and one silver, stood out by breaking her own national record in the 50m freestyle with a time of 25 seconds and 18 hundredths, the previous record was 25 seconds and 36 hundredths.

María Fe Muñoz, from Cajamarca, excelled in the 4x100 freestyle, 4x50 medley relay, and 4x100 medley relay events, achieving the national records that will leave her name marked in the history of upcoming Peruvian swimmers.
