Different clubs in Peruvian football are organizing what will be the next season. Not only in Liga1, but also in the Women's League 2023. This is the case of the current two-time champion, Alianza Lima, which will have changes for what's to come.

This Wednesday, the blanquiazul institution announced on social media that Samir Mendoza, the coach who won two titles with the team, will not continue in the position of head coach.

"Thank you, 'Profe' Samir! We appreciate your professionalism and dedication, which earned us the bicampeonato and left a mark in the blanquiazul institution. We wish you the best of success in your future projects. Arriba Alianza!" is the text that accompanied the farewell post's photo.

Samir Mendoza arrived at Matute in 2013 with the responsibility of building a women's team from scratch. Ten years later, that phase has come to an end. However, although the end of the contract has been made official, the reasons have not been specified and it is not known who will replace him. Updates are expected in the coming days.
