They ask students from San Marcos about their 'outfit' and the answers are impressive.

"From Tacora and Gamarra," hilariously replied a Sanmarquino. Other funny responses left everyone speechless on TikTok.

"From Tacora and Gamarra," hilariously replied a Sanmarquino. Other funny responses left everyone speechless on TikTok.

The National University of San Marcos is one of the oldest and most respected educational institutions in Peru, and its students uphold the 'sanmarquino' seal. A video on TikTok showed what the casual 'outfit' of UNMSM students looks like and how much they are.

Through a series of quick testimonies, sanmarquinos expressed how they dress on their way to class: "Tabas de Tacora, shorts from Gamarra, and (the shirt) from a deceased person; they died and gave it to me. The mask is recycled," mentioned a student who was 'in sports mode' between pavilions.

The video had dozens of comments, applauding the 'creativity' of the freshmen and professionals at UNMSM. Likewise, some argued that their jackets are from their school promotion and the 'classic shoes' are usually from their parents.

"That shirt was given to me by my dad when he went to the Lo 4 Suyus march, the pants are from my grandfather, and ... I found the sneakers thrown near door 3," replied a student with total humor. Apparently, the viral video would be a complete parody of what is believed about the sanmarquino.

"My original los de San Marco", "Exactly as my response would have been in my student days without sarcasm", "Literally my outfit was gamarrita", "Almost all my clothes are gifts, I don't know where they come from", "Cute, all very honest," are other comments that sympathize with the students' fashion idea.
