- Legislative Decree N ° 1057 (special regime for administrative service contracting, CAS)
- Public service workers
- Law N ° 30057 (Civil Service Law)
- Law N ° 29709 (Law on special public penitentiary career)
- Law N ° 28091 (Diplomatic Service Law).
What requirements must I meet to access the 550 soles bonus?
If you work in one of the aforementioned regimes, you must also meet the following conditions:
- Have an active employment relationship as of December 2022.
- Be registered in the Computer Application for the Centralized Registry of Payrolls and Human Resources Data of the Public Sector (AIRHSP) as of November 30, 2022.
- Be registered in PDT PLAME as of September 2022.
