Alianza Lima celebrates the Peruvian football championship
Alianza Lima is celebrating the bicampeonato of Peruvian football after defeating Melgar 2-0 at the Alejandro Villanueva Stadium. The blanquiazules will wait a few days to start planning the 2023 season, where some departures, renewals, and signings are expected.
In the midst of this panorama, one of the names to consider is Hernán Barcos, who ends his contract with the blanquiazul club at the end of 2022.
During an interview with GOLPERÚ, the "Pirate" was asked about his continuity in Alianza Lima. The forward was next to Diego Gonzales Posada, president of the Fondo Blanquiazul, so he did not hesitate to launch a phrase that reaffirmed his desire to stay in the team.
"Sure. (Anyway) If he doesn't sign me, I'll hit him," said Hernán Barcos. Diego Gonzales Posada did not hesitate to respond and asked for a pen for him to sign with the blanquiazules.
Aside from that, Barcos stood up to the wave of criticism that the Fondo Blanquiazul has received, so he gave several arguments to be grateful to the directors.
"The MVP is the group. This people. To those who criticize the Fondo Blanquiazul, they are all crazy. All 28 of us get paid. We lack nothing. Thanks to them, to all these people who collaborate so that he has everything up to date," he added.
