Horacio Orzán, player of Melgar, referred to his substitution during the match against Alianza Lima for the League 1 final and gave details that it was because he was close to leaving his teammates with 10 players and Pablo Lavallén preferred not to risk.
"I had a yellow card and had committed two, three fouls, and maybe one more and I could have left the team with ten players. We were at a thousand revolutions and sometimes they do not measure the intention or the force that goes into the play," revealed the Argentine player of the red and black team.

Furthermore, Orzán spoke about the controversy of the match, in which he was the protagonist, and stated that "it is a contact, it was not even an elbow or a kick, it was a contact... There is much more to talk about the match than two or three of my kicks."
Finally, the midfielder highlighted Melgar's dramatic victory over Alianza Lima. "Now we need to rest... We have to give it our all in the second leg. Converting and taking a minimal advantage is not easy in a final," he said.
