Sporting Cristal: Problems in its economy?
Sporting Cristal would suffer a heavy blow to its economy in 2023. Not having reached the final of the Liga 1 2022, it missed out on a place in the group stage of the Copa Libertadores and will not receive the 3 million dollars for its participation.
It will only receive 500,000 dollars for being in the preliminary phase of the Copa Libertadores and will have to form the squad with a low budget.
